J.M. HUBER CORPORATION SIGNS AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE THE BIOLCHIM GROUP FROM NB RENAISSANCE, CHEQUERS CAPITAL AND MANAGEMENT TEAM
Atlanta, Georgia, US (August 8, 2022) – J.M.
